Beginning with the 2026–2027 school year, the University Interscholastic League (UIL) requires all students participating in UIL athletics to complete a new Previous Athletic Participation Form (PAPF) screening through Rank One before they are eligible to participate. This form helps determine a student's athletic eligibility based on prior school enrollment and participation. Parents/guardians should complete the required PAPF in Rank One as soon as possible to avoid delays in their student's participation.
